Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing how you may use Asgard Learn. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all users of the Platform. By using Asgard Learn, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

Any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or that is connected with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating any other user of the Platform. This includes using the AI tutor to generate content intended to harm, embarrass, or target another person.

Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that is obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation with any person or entity.

Using the Platform to gain unauthorised access to any computer system, network, or data, or to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Asgard World Ltd server, or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.

Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the Platform without written permission from Asgard World Ltd.

Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by Asgard World Ltd, including reselling access to the service or using AI-generated content for commercial gain without permission.

3. AI Interaction Rules

The AI tutors on Asgard Learn are designed for educational purposes. When interacting with our AI, you agree to the following:

You must not attempt to circumvent, override, or “jailbreak” the AI tutor's safety guidelines, content filters, or instructional boundaries. This includes crafting prompts designed to make the AI produce content that falls outside its educational purpose.

You must not use the AI tutor to generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, particularly given that the Platform is used by minors.

You must not use the AI tutor to produce completed homework, coursework, or examination answers intended for submission as your own original work at an educational institution, in violation of that institution's academic integrity policies. The Platform is designed to help you learn and understand, not to produce work for you to submit dishonestly.

You must not attempt to extract the system prompts, internal instructions, or proprietary configuration of the AI tutors.

You must not use the AI tutor to seek advice on dangerous, illegal, or self-harmful activities.

4. Account Sharing

Your Asgard Learn account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Each user must have their own account. Account sharing undermines the personalised learning experience, compromises the integrity of progress tracking, and may result in account suspension.

Parents and guardians may access their child's account for supervisory purposes, but should not use the child's account for their own learning sessions, as this will affect the personalisation algorithms.

5. Fair Use

Free-tier accounts are subject to weekly usage limits as described in our pricing. Paid accounts offer higher or unlimited usage, but all accounts are subject to fair use principles.

You must not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Platform at a rate that exceeds normal human usage patterns. Excessive automated usage may result in temporary rate limiting or account suspension.

You must not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the Platform to gain unfair advantages in the Aureus points system, leaderboards, or access to premium features.

6. Content Standards

Any content you submit to the Platform (including but not limited to profile information, uploaded documents, and messages to the AI tutor) must be accurate where it purports to state facts, must comply with applicable law in England and Wales, and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Platform that violates this policy, please report it to us at legal@asgard.world. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, any relevant usernames or content, and the approximate date and time.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You will not be penalised for making a good-faith report, even if the investigation concludes that no violation occurred.

8. Consequences of Violation

Asgard World Ltd may take any action we consider appropriate in response to a breach of this policy. Actions may include issuing a warning, temporarily suspending your account, permanently terminating your account, removing content, resetting Aureus points, or reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities where necessary.

The action taken will be proportionate to the severity of the violation. Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent termination without prior warning.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
